These terms govern your use of this website and the diagnostic tools on it. The terms of any engagement with the firm are agreed separately, in writing. By using the site you accept these terms.
01 · This site
What this site is.
This is the marketing and diagnostic site of Goldberg Brokerage Inc., incorporated in Ontario, Canada and operating as Goldberg Consulting. The audit and the vault are informational instruments. Using them does not create an engagement, and the terms of any engagement are set out in a separate written agreement, not here. How we handle the information you give us is governed by our Privacy Notice and Cookie Policy, incorporated into these terms by reference.
02 · No guarantee of results
The figures are illustrative.
The figures the audit produces are estimates derived from the inputs you provide, and are illustrative only. We do not warrant any specific level of traffic, pipeline, revenue, or ranking. What you do with anything you read here is your own decision and your own responsibility.
03 · Use of the site
How you may use it.
The text, design, and code of this site are the firm's property. You may read it and link to it. You may not copy, republish, resell, scrape, or attempt to disrupt it or gain unauthorised access to it. Use the site lawfully, and only as it is meant to be used.
04 · Limitation of liability
The limits of our liability.
Where the law allows us to limit our liability, and only to that extent, the firm is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of this site or its diagnostic instruments.
These limits never reach further than the law permits. Nothing here excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you are a consumer, none of this affects your statutory rights.
05 · Governing law
The jurisdiction.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
If you are a consumer, this does not take anything away from you. It does not displace the mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live, or your right to bring proceedings in the courts of that country. EU and UK consumers, and consumers in any other region whose law grants such rights, keep the protections their home law gives them.
06 · Changes
Revisions to these terms.
We may revise these terms as the firm and the law evolve. This version is in effect from 21 June 2026. Continued use of the site after a revision constitutes acceptance of it.
