This site is operated by Goldberg Consulting. Questions about this policy or about your data go to the contact page.

Strictly necessary storage keeps the site working: your cookie choice, the state of a booking you started, and the security checks on our forms. It cannot be turned off.

In the EU, EEA, UK, Quebec, Singapore and the UAE, analytics and marketing storage are only used with your consent, which you give or refuse in the cookie banner. Elsewhere, including the rest of Canada and the United States, analytics are on by default and there is no banner. Wherever you are, you can turn analytics off at any time from the preferences dialog, and a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal from your browser always turns them off. Analytics are anonymised usage statistics; no personal profile is built.

When you book a call, answer the audit questions or send a message, we store what you enter — name, email, company and your answers — to run that engagement and to reply. Bookings are scheduled through Cal.com and confirmations are sent through Resend; both process your details on our behalf.

Forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a person. It sets its own cookies only when a form is used.

Marketing email is sent only if you opted in. Every message carries an unsubscribe link that works without signing in.

Pages are served by Vercel. Video and posters are served from a Cloudflare R2 bucket under our own domain. Neither is used to identify you.

Rate-limit records are purged after 30 days. Leads that never became a conversation are purged on a scheduled clean-up. Booking records are kept for as long as the engagement and the legal obligations around it require.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to us through the contact page and we will answer within 30 days.
