Every email, decided
One policy core reads every event your business throws off and decides, by class, what leaves the building, from which domain, and when. Nothing sends by accident.

Six events in. Three lanes out.
Booking → TransactionalSends the booking confirmation, a reminder 24 hours before, and a briefing to your team. Transactional email always sends.
The five marketing checks, in order
- Opt-in The contact confirmed their address (double opt-in).
- Suppression list Not unsubscribed, bounced or marked as spam.
- Frequency cap No other marketing email in the last 24 hours.
- Warm-up limit Under the sending domain's daily limit.
- Send pause Campaigns are not paused.
Transactional
Always sends.
Booking confirmations, reschedules, cancellations, the reminder 24 hours before, and alerts to your team.
Requested delivery
Always sends, even to an unsubscribed contact.
The exact thing the contact just asked for: their quiz report, their audit or their resource link.
Marketing
Sends only after five checks.
Welcome and nurture sequences, re-engagement and newsletters. Each email must pass opt-in, the suppression list, the frequency cap, the warm-up limit and the send pause.
One lead, one email, the right one.
The lifecycle cron runs hourly and picks a single rung per lead. The top rung wins, so nobody gets two emails that argue with each other.

Deliverability best practices
Inbox providers judge every sender by its reputation. These are the practices that keep yours clean, so your emails land in the inbox instead of spam.

Sender authentication
SPF, DKIM and DMARC on every sending domain, so providers can verify the email is really from you.
Separate marketing domain
Campaigns send from their own subdomain, so a complaint spike can't hurt delivery of booking confirmations.
Domain warm-up
A new sending domain ramps from 50 to 5,000 emails a day over four weeks.
Double opt-in
Marketing starts only after the contact confirms their address.
List hygiene
Bounces and spam complaints are suppressed automatically, the moment the provider reports them.
Frequency capping
At most one marketing email per contact per 24 hours.
One email at a time
When several campaigns apply to a contact, only the highest-priority one sends.
One-click unsubscribe
Meets Gmail and Yahoo's bulk-sender requirements (RFC 8058).
Preference center
Contacts can opt out of one stream and keep the rest.
Built so it fails safe.
Claim, send, release
A send is claimed before it leaves and released if it fails, so the next hourly run retries it.
Idempotency keys
Every send carries one. A retry can never become a duplicate.
15-second ceiling
A hung provider times out as a failure instead of holding a visitor's request.
Signed webhooks
Bounces and complaints arrive HMAC-verified and suppress the address in the same transaction.
One-click unsubscribe
RFC 8058. Opening the link changes nothing; only the confirm does.
Double opt-in
Marketing consent rides a 48-hour encrypted token.
Scoped preferences
People turn off one stream without losing the reports they asked for.
Masked logs
Every failure is logged with its template and a masked recipient. Never the address.
